APPOINTMENTS
A Health History is required for all appointments.
First Appointment - 1 1/2 to 2 Hours.
Consists of a Nutritional Assessment, health history, discuss health concerns and receive recommendations.
Follow up Appointment about 4 weeks later 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Appointments are recommended and quoted on an individual basis depending on the services provided.
In the event you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance, if not a 50% charge of the services booked will be charged and a failure to show for the appointment a 100% of the service booked will be charged.
All appointments can be paid by Cash,Visa or Mastercard.
